Where Eastenders meets Radio Four. Or should that be Radio Vier? This brand new podcast sees former Eastenders star and all-round good egg Jake Wood team up with his old mate, The German Comedy Ambassador, Henning Wehn. Their weekly 30 minute podcast (plus injury time but without penalties) tackles a different subject every week. The topic of the week might be a big concepts such as “Happiness”, “The Future” or something more straightforward such as “Pens”, “Tables” or “Traffic lights”.
R.E.S.P.E.C.T find out what it means to me, asks Jake, while Henning muses that he wouldn't make a very good scaffolder. Jake offers up some EASTENDERS memorabilia for anyone who comments or reviews the podcast and there is some surprise about the things that people queue up to buy in shops in York and London. Jake also tells us ”As you go through life you realise that no one has a clue what's going on” which is a mantra this podcast strictly follows.
